The second book, Applied NMR Spectroscopy for Chemists and Life Scientists,  is a textbook on NMR jointly written with my colleague Simon Jurt. It contains both theory of NMR and experimential techniques. It explains how to record spectra on modern spectrometers and presents a selection of the most often used NMR experiments. It also gives some guidance for interpreting NMR spectra of natural products such as peptides, nucleic acids, carbohydrates and steroids in order to establish their structure.
